The first Palestinian project that is registered in the Guinness Book of World Records. The project connects the base station at Ein Al-Sultan with the top of the Mount of Temptation, where Christ is said to have fasted for 40 days. It consists of a cable car and tourist center (restaurants, souvenir shops and a hotel). It has 12 cable cars that can transport 650 people per hour and extends to 1400 meters in the air. The base station consists of 16 souvenir shops and 3 restaurants that can serve up to 800 people. The higher station consists of a coffee shop that holds more than 300 people, a platform and courtyard that holds more than 200 people where they can have a wonderful view of the Dead Sea and Jordan Valley. It aims to develop and promote local and international tourism. The cable cars were manufactured by Double Mayor Company, which is one of the largest Swiss-Austrian companies working in this field.
